聚合物水泥及防水涂料，是以特定的高性能建筑液胶（简称HB型乳液胶）为主体，并配合一定比例的水泥而制成。本产品具有优良的粘结性、抗渗性、抗裂性、耐久性和耐酸碱性等功效、该产品无毒、无污染。施工方便，具有显着的环境效益，系新一代环保防水材料。
产品用途
1.广泛应用于墙、厕所厨间、水池、地下室、屋面及其它建筑物的防水、防渗漏、防潮等工程。
2.用于加气混凝土、空心砖等多孔材料砌体的防渗漏、防潮。
主要技术
1.粘结强度：与混凝土、水泥砂浆的粘结≥1.0MPa。
2.断裂伸长率：无处理≥80%。拉伸强度：无处理≥1.8MPa。
3.不透水性：0.3MPa，30min不透水。
4.抗渗性：≥0.6MPa。
施工程序
1.基层处理：基体表面应平整结实、无蜂窝、麻面、无尘土和油污、阴阳角做成弧形；施工前对基层缺陷部位要进行修补。
2.涂底胶：在基体表面先刷一遍SJHB乳液胶。
3.涂防水涂料：按HB乳胶液：水泥1：（0.6-0.8）的重量比拌和的防水涂料涂刷三遍，厚度到达防水规范要求，每遍涂料间隔时间约（1-2H、以不沾手为宜）。
4.增强处理：防水层如需增强，可采用无纺布或无碱玻纤布做胎体进行增强。
5.用量：1-2kg/m2
注意事项
1.在使用前应搅拌均匀。
2.水泥需用425#或以上的普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣水泥；早强水泥不宜使用。
3.本产品贮存在阴凉处，保存期24个月。

Construction procedures施工程序

4. Enhancement treatment: if the waterproof layer needs to be enhanced, non-woven or alkali free glass fiber cloth can be used as the matrix for enhancement.
5. Dosage: 1-2kg/m2

1. Stir well before use.
